We offer both local pickup as well as shipping options for all product sales. Please keep in mind that free shipping is available if you spend a minimum amount, please see our store for details, otherwise, we offer a flat rate shipping fee option. If you select local pickup, please be mindful that you’ll pick up the item at our clinic in Palo Alto, CA.

Membership Program Terms and Agreement

Our terms are simple with just a few rules to keep in mind so that we may continue to serve you in the best possible manner. Our Membership Program offerings include many benefits. Discount prices start the day you sign up.

Memberships, benefits, and complimentary services are non-transferable and non-refundable. Membership prices may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount code, coupon and / or offer unless stated.

Palo Alto Laser and Skin Care reserves the right to change clinic policies, regulations, and pricing at any time upon providing reasonable notice.

Any appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled without a fee with a minimum of one full business day for appointments 30 mins or less. For appointments over 45 minutes, we must be notified 3 full business days in advance. Trust us, the last thing we want to do is to collect a no-show fee. We’d much rather you show up for your scheduled appointment, so we can give you the results that make you happy. Keeping the integrity of our schedule is important as we never double–book our appointment slots.

For “no shows” any appointment that is 30 minutes or less will be charged $100. For all other appointments, 50% of the original service fee will be charged. Some procedures require a deposit on file at the time of scheduling your appointment. The amount of deposit depends on the time reserved for your procedure. Once scheduled, the deposit on file is non-refundable; however, it can be used towards any procedure or product as long as the appointment was cancelled on time. Deposits will be forfeited in case of no show or late cancellation for your appointment.


A 14 day notice must be given before your next scheduled payment is required to cancel the membership plan. No refunds will be issued. This membership agreement may be terminated at any time by providing at least 14-day notice in advance of your annual dues due date.


Your membership will automatically be renewed at the end of the annual term unless you submitted a request to terminate your membership. During the renewal of your membership, your account will continually be charged the annual membership fee.

Palo Alto Laser and Skin Care reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Membership Program upon advance prior written notice.
